Marketing Specialist in Prague, Czech Republic

We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing activities for a luxury hotel in Prague.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hotel marketing, digital campaigns, social media management, and brand positioning within the hospitality industry.

Location: Prague (office-based)

Salary & Benefits:

-Gross Salary: EUR 3,000 per month (all-inclusive)

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing online marketing (website and social media: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

- Cooperation with media, influencers, and travel partners (press trips, fam trips)

- Monitoring market trends and competitors

- Supporting and coordinating hotel sales activities

- Preparing newsletters and marketing materials for clients

- Communication with partners, agencies, printers, and graphic designers

- Approval of media and marketing activities, including projects of external partners (e.g., photo

shoots, filming)

- Designing and implementing sales support activities

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role (hospitality preferred)

- Advanced English (spoken and written)

- Excellent communication and professional presentation skills

- Flexibility, independence, and team spirit

- Must be eligible to work in the European Union (EU work permit or EU citizenship required
