Food Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and service-driven Female Food & Beverage Supervisor to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai. This role presents an outstanding opportunity to lead frontline service teams in a world-class hospitality environment, delivering exceptional dining experiences to VIPs, dignitaries, and international guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations in restaurants, lounges, and VIP events
• Lead, motivate, and support service staff to maintain exceptional service quality
• Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and a seamless, elegant dining experience
• Oversee order accuracy, service timing, and presentation standards
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of menus, ingredients, wine, and beverage pairings
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests or complaints professionally and discreetly
• Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas meet luxury cleanliness and presentation standards
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Enforce international service etiquette, grooming, and luxury hospitality standards
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance monitoring
• Represent the hotel brand with professionalism, confidence, and leadership

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or senior service role in a 5-star hotel, fine dining restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; Russian and/or German speakers highly preferred
• Excellent guest service mindset with strong attention to detail
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: AED 3,000 per month (approx. USD 820 / EUR 695)
