Process and Production Engineers

We are looking for talented and driven Process & Production Engineers to join our dynamic team in the steel manufacturing industry.
As a Process/Production Engineer, you're not just managing production lines you're optimizing complex systems, reducing waste, and driving efficiency in one of the most demanding and critical sectors in manufacturing.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and optimize key steelmaking processes (EAF, BOF, casting, rolling, etc.) 
• Monitor production KPIs to maximize throughput, reduce downtime, and ensure consistent quality
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in maintenance, quality, and safety.
• Troubleshoot real-time technical issues and implement long-term process enhancements.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

• Hands-on experience in a steel plant or heavy manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Working knowledge of process control systems, safety standards, and production planning.
