Housekeeping Manager 

5 Star Hotel | Dubai, UAE

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Female Housekeeping Manager to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who is passionate about cleanliness, service excellence, and leading housekeeping operations to the highest luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms and public areas

  • Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping supervisors and attendants to ensure high performance

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and luxury presentation standards are consistently met

  • Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to manage room status, VIP arrivals, and special requests

  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and service standards

  • Ensure proper use, control, and inventory management of cleaning materials and equipment

  • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently

  • Prepare housekeeping schedules, manage attendance, and assign tasks effectively

  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

  • Monitor maintenance issues and follow up on corrective actions

  • Prepare reports, budgets, and performance evaluations

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel preferred

  • Fluent in English; Russian and/or German speakers highly preferred

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills

  • High attention to detail and commitment to luxury cleanliness standards

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 7,000 – 8,000 per month (based on experience)

  • Tax-free salary

  • Housing Allowance of AED 5,000

  • Transportation Allowance of AED 800
