Housekeeping Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who is passionate about cleanliness, service excellence, and leading housekeeping operations to the highest luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms and public areas
Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping attendants to ensure high performance
Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness and luxury presentation standards
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to manage room status and requests
Ensure proper use and control of cleaning materials and equipment
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently
Maintain housekeeping schedules, attendance, and task assignments
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Report maintenance issues and follow up on corrective actions


Candidate Profile:

Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or senior housekeeping role preferred
Fluent in English; Russian and/or Albanian speakers highly preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
High attention to detail and cleanliness standards
Professional appearance and positive attitude

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 2,200 – 3,000 per month (based on experience)
