Store Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities to lead the team and will oversee all store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment that meets sales targets and maintains high customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and performance goals
• Manage daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and staffing
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues professionally
• Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and productivity
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment
• Monitor and control store expenses and budgets
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and business performance metrics

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficient in English, Arabic language is a plus
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude
Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of inventory and merchandising best practices
