Senior Chef de Partie (Italian Restaurant)

We are looking for Senior Chef de Partie with a strong background in Italian cuisine and is willing to relocate to Djibouti. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present authentic Italian cuisine
• Oversee a designated section of the kitchen and ensure smooth daily operations
• Miantain the highest standard of hygiene, safety, and food quality 
• Contribute menu development and seasonal updates

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or higher
• Expertise in authentic Italian cuisine
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
