The role:

we in search of a stellar Google Paid Specialist.

Were looking for an individual who has the skills to develop and take accountability for the

overall performance of a wide variety of lead generation-focused Google Paid accounts.

This role requires a proven record and understanding of Google Paid principles and at least 3+ years in the Digital Advertising Industry.

The detail:

Creating effective campaigns in Google AdWords.

Analysis of the quality of the traffic of the carried-out campaigns.

The Google Paid Specialist will work with the Paid Search Lead and the companys

appointed digital partner and take full accountability for their assigned Ignition Brands.

This will be in accordance with the agreed split of responsibilities with the partner.

Day-to-day management and optimisation of all Google accounts, focusing on revenue,

and profit growth within budget.

Assist in the management and tracking of keyword bids, expenditure caps, and other

primary account metrics.

Manage and retain keyword list updates.

Provide ideas for creative copywriting.

Provide suggestions and incorporate techniques for keyword resources, marketing

structuring, targeting, network display, and other aspects of pay-per-click searching.

Taking care of the quality of tasks performed.

Support the development of new paid search ads, ad groups, and accounts and support

the formation of new paid search marketing initiatives.

Track and compare search results and search success through primary search channels.

Support the development and execution of the Paid strategy in order to generate

quality leads. This includes campaign building, optimisation, testing, monitoring,

planning, calendar management, budget management, platform selection, and

reporting.

Work in collaboration with other Paid Media channels and Marketing teams.

Critically analyse the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities and insights

to report to the broader team.

Assist Paid Search Lead in implementing strategic projects as well as the capability to

run your own projects from start to finish.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of the marketplace and industry to ensure

relevance.

Manage the day-to-day communication and relationships with the wider team,

advertising partners, and colleagues.

In collaboration with the Google Search Lead, share best practices and knowledge with

the wider team.

Analyzing performance data to identify trends and patterns in order to improve

campaign effectiveness.

Executing advertising campaigns across various channels such as display, video, mobile,

programmatic and native advertising.

Executing advertising campaigns across various channels such as search engines.

Creating reports detailing campaign results and making recommendations for future

campaigns.

Analysing customer data to identify potential customers who may be interested in the

companys products or services.

Collaborating with other team members to develop strategies to improve website traffic

and sales.

Best Practice Accountability

Collaborate with the Paid Search Lead to ensure processes, frameworks and KPIs

relating to Google Paid Media and that everything is up to date.

Pro-actively work in partnership with the relevant stakeholders in other departments

and divisions to ensure adherence to best practice in all areas.

Ensure all work is quality assured appropriately and to the highest standards.

Set examples of best behaviour and delivery of high standards in every communication.

Assist Paid Search Lead to interrogate and identify opportunities to improve Paid Search

strategy and process.

Training

Upskill other members of the team, where required, on best practices and Google Paid

Media campaign execution.

Support the wider team to improve their understanding of Paid Media

Share best practices and knowledge with wider teams via lunch and learns, or other

learning opportunities.

Deliverables

Demonstrate measurable success through the achievement of set KPIs. e.g., account

growth and profitability, campaign management, report generation, analysis, and

overall service.

Minimum Requirements:

3 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Search Engine Marketing

(SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).

BS / BA degree is required. Preferably in marketing or business fields.

Google Ads certification required.

Having worked in a marketing agency is preferred.

Competent in MS Office

Highly skilled with Google Analytics, and other web analytics tools.

Analytical thinking skills.

Goal-oriented and positive attitude.

Extensive knowledge of eCommerce and digital selling.
