Location: Tokyo

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces based on Shopify
• Ensure the designs align with brand identity and appeal to the targeted audience. 
• Utilize Adobe XD or Figma to create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups. 
• Collaborate with the Development team to implement designs.
• Conduct usability testing and optimize designs based on user feedback.

To succeed in this role, you will need

• Business-level Japanese (JLPT1) and advanced-level English proficiency for effective communication within our multicultural team.
• Proficiency in visual design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
  
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design. 
• Ability to translate requirements into engaging design concepts. 
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.  
• Experience with React or working in a Hydrogen environment.
