Key Responsibilities
- Develop advertising strategies and campaigns with marketing teams to most effectively reach the desired audience.
- Proofread advertising material before launching campaigns.
- Coordinate and oversee the development and launch of campaigns.
- Negotiate with advertising agencies to ensure the most cost-effective deal structures.
- Manage budgets and monitor campaign costs and ROI metrics.
- Track and present campaign data including such as views, sessions, click-through rates, engagements, customer conversion rates, and sales.
To succeed in this role, you will need
- Native level Japanese and advanced-level English proficiency for effective communication within our multicultural team.
- Minimum three years of experience as a media buyer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in media analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Experience in various advertising mediums, including print, radio, television, film, and social media.
- Excellent financial skills with the ability to manage media budgets.
- Collaborative team player with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
