What you'll do

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who excels in all facets of the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be adept at cultivating new client relationships and nurturing existing ones, with a proven track record of strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Effectively manage the sales pipeline.
    • Identify new business prospects for SaaS and B2B product offerings.
    • Address inquiries, demands, and partnership opportunities in the beauty tech sector.
    • Generate and assess leads through various channels, including email, events, cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and partnerships.
    • Regularly update sales media materials, pitch decks, proposals, quotations, and supporting sales collateral.
    • Facilitate communication, collaboration, and negotiations internally and externally using appropriate methods to streamline the sales process.

What you need to succeed

    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or business development.
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Japanese; knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
    • Exceptional presentation skills, with a proven history of B2B success.
    • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
