The Right Profile

We're looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) who will be a key architect of our growth story. Reporting into Senior Leadership, this isn't just a hands-on recruiting role; it's a chance to co-create our Talent Acquisition framework, partner deeply with business leaders, and build the world-class teams across the region that will propel us forward to the next stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution: Develop and execute innovative TA strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Personally manage the full-cycle recruitment process for executive and senior roles across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively source and nurture robust pipelines for critical roles, ensuring we're always ahead of our hiring needs.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers and department heads, using your expertise to guide them toward the best hiring decisions. Similarly, work alongside our recruitment partners.
  • Champion the Brand: Enhance Syfe's employer brand across the region, making us a top destination for talent in the competitive fintech landscape.
  • Framework Co-Creation: Partner with HR leadership to design, build, and refine scalable TA frameworks and best practices suited for our growth stage.

Minimum Qualifications

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Head of TA or in a similar role.
  • Proven hands-on success hiring across APAC, specifically in Singapore, Australia and/or Hong Kong.
  • Direct experience hiring for a high-growth technology companies.
  • A deep understanding and experience across roles, roles especially for Executive, Product and Marketing hiring.
  • You're comfortable operating in a broadly defined environment where you can contribute to strategy, but you also love to roll up your sleeves and execute flawlessly.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the credibility to build strong relationships and influence senior leaders with confidence.
  • You thrive on ambiguity and are skilled at finding effective solutions to the complex hiring challenges found in competitive markets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • While not mandatory, experience in the fintech industry is a advantage. You understand its unique talent landscape and challenges.
