What You'll do:

- Lead business consulting initiatives within banking and financial services projects;

- Support the migration and redesign of processes from IBM BAW to Appian;

- Map, analyze, and redefine business processes and customer journeys;

- Gather, document, and validate business requirements and user stories;

- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation;

- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with clients in an autonomous and structured manner;

- Collaborate closely with development and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle;

- Contribute to the implementation of new solutions, including channels, products, platforms, and core/satellite systems;

- Produce clear, structured, and executive-level documentation and presentations;

- Identify risks and issues proactively, ensuring solution-oriented follow-up;

Who You Are:

- 4–5 years of experience in business consulting;

- Proven experience in banking or financial services projects;

- Strong knowledge of business process mapping, redesign, and customer journey analysis, ideally in banking products, channels, or operations;

- Experience in projects involving the implementation of new solutions (channels, products, platforms, or systems);

- Experience in requirements gathering and writing user stories within regulated or banking environments;

- Experience working in technology-driven contexts (BPM, workflow, low-code, or process platforms);

- Knowledge of or prior exposure to IBM BAW or Appian, or strong adaptability to new platforms;

- Ability to understand technology from a business perspective;

- Strong collaboration and communication skills with development teams;

- Excellent ability to structure information and produce high-quality documentation;

- Advanced presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint;

- Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities;

- High level of autonomy and accountability;

- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders of varying seniority levels;

- Strong teamwork skills in multidisciplinary environments;

- Risk and issue management capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset;

- Collaborative attitude and consulting mindset.
