What You'll do:

- Analyze and gather business and functional requirements;

- Define and execute functional test cases to validate solutions;

- Collaborate with development teams within Agile/Scrum environments;

- Support requirement clarification between technical teams and stakeholders;

- Contribute to solution validation and continuous improvement initiatives;

- Hybrid Work Model.

Who You Are:

- Strong ability to analyze and interpret requirements;

- Experience in defining and executing functional testing;

- Experience working with Scrum/Agile methodologies;

- Familiarity with using AI tools to support analysis (nice to have);

- Strong communication skills, including interaction with clients;

- Fluent in Portuguese.
