What You'll do:

- Experience with OutSystems projects;

- Responsible for end-to-end delivery management, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams;

- Ensure compliance with platform best practices;

- Full remote; 

Who You Are:

- Engagement Manager with experience in Agile project management (Scrum/Kanban);

- Knowledge of OutSystems (preferred);

- Experience in backlog management and definition of User Stories;

- Ability to perform business analysis and validate requirements;

- Management of stakeholders, risks, budget and resources;

- Experience in delivery follow-up and reporting;

- Experience in conducting demos and client validation;

- Advanced level of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills;

- Fluent in english; 

Nice to have:

- OutSystems and Agile certifications (CSM/PMP);

- Technical background (e.g. development);

- Experience in digital transformation projects;
