What You'll do:

- Provide application and operational support to ensure agreed service levels;

- Manage monitoring systems and alerting processes;

- Develop tools and automation solutions for service management and control;

- Analyze and resolve internal and external incidents and problems (technical and functional);

- Understand application workflows and perform functional analysis;

- Analyze, document, and improve internal processes and tools;

- Provide application support during business hours, including participation in an on-call rotation schedule;

- Hybrid Work Model.


Who You Are:

- Strong knowledge of SQL;

- User-level knowledge of AIX and Linux operating systems;

- Understanding of TCP/IP and HTTP/HTTPS protocols;

- Intermediate to advanced scripting skills (Shell/Bash, Python);

- Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (nice to have);

- Knowledge of WebSphere or JBoss (nice to have);

- Experience with messaging systems (EMS, Pulsar, MQ) (nice to have);

- Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) (nice to have);

- Experience with monitoring tools such as ElasticSearch, Grafana, and Prometheus (nice to have);

- Familiarity with Git and Terraform (nice to have);

- Knowledge of Ansible and YAML (nice to have);

- Technical or functional knowledge of Banking, Digital Payments, or eCommerce environments (nice to have);

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- High sense of responsibility and autonomy;

- Proactive, flexible, and dynamic mindset;

- Service-oriented and results-driven attitude;

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;

- Punctuality, reliability, and availability to work within defined schedules and on-call rotations.
