What You'll do:

- Deliver technical and role-based training (operational & managerial) to adult learners;

- Design and deliver learning solutions aligned with NATO standards and policies;

- Develop, adapt, and maintain course materials and training content;

- Deliver training to both technical specialists and non-technical audiences;

- Support performance improvement through effective training delivery;

- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and blended learning methods;

- Continuously improve training quality and subject matter expertise;

- Contribute to training evaluation and course enhancements;

- On-site Job;

Who You Are:

- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering training on highly technical subjects;

- Proven experience training technical specialists and non-technical users;

- Hands-on experience with Information System Core Services (deployment, operation, maintenance);

- Experience with adult learning methodologies, blended and online learning environments, and Learning Management Systems (LMS);

- Strong expertise in Information System Engineering, including Microsoft Server ecosystem (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, MDT), Identity & Access Management (multi-domain Active Directory environments), VMware virtualization technologies, IaaS / PaaS infrastructure services, DevOps automation and orchestration, PowerShell scripting and automation tools, TCP/IP networking and infrastructure, and ITIL service management framework;

- Ability to translate complex infrastructure topics into clear training content and deliver both theoretical and hands-on instruction;

- Strong communication and presentation skills;

- Fluent in english;
