What You'll do:

- Design of analytical solutions aligned with business requirements;

- Ability to define and document reporting architectures;

- Interaction with technical and functional stakeholders (translating requirements into solutions);

- Autonomy, critical thinking, and quality-oriented mindset;

- Mentoring and technical support for junior team members;

- Hybrid work model; 

Who You Are:

- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Analytics and Data roles, with at least 2–3 years focused on Power BI in an enterprise context;

- Power BI, advanced level;

- DAX and Power Query, modeling and optimization;

- Data modeling: Star Schema, Snowflake, reusable semantic models;

- SQL (complex queries, performance tuning);

- Databricks (data consumption and integration with analytical layers);

- ETL/ELT: experience with data ingestion and transformation pipelines;

- Azure Data Factory or equivalent orchestration tools;

- Data Quality Frameworks (profiling, validation, business rules);

- Code versioning (Git) applied to BI projects;

- Advanced English level;

Nice to have:

- Experience in the banking and insurance sectors is valued, particularly in AML, KYC, and Compliance contexts;

- Python (Pandas, PySpark) for data transformation and exploratory analysis;

- Apache Kafka or experience with streaming data;

- CI/CD applied to Power BI deployments (Pipelines, DevOps);

- Certifications;
