What You'll do:

Install, administer, and evolve products within the existing OpenShift/Kubernetes platform;

- Monitor OCP clusters (quotas, limits, overall health);

Perform upgrades and lifecycle management of the platform;

Automate application deployment using Operators (OLM);

Manage access control (RBAC) and integrate with AD/LDAP;

Configure and enforce Security Context Constraints;

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitOps/ArgoCD;

Configure and manage Service Mesh (Istio);

Maintain service catalog (Templates, Helm Charts);

Monitor platform using Prometheus and Grafana;

Analyze logs using Elasticsearch;

Interface with the infrastructure provider;

Support deployment of applications such as Kafka, WSO2, and Camunda;

- Hybrid Work Model.


Who You Are:

Strong experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes platform installation, administration, and evolution;

Experience in cluster monitoring (quotas, limits, performance);

Experience with platform upgrades and lifecycle management;

Knowledge of Operators and Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM);

Experience with RBAC and integration with AD/LDAP;

Knowledge of Security Context Constraints;

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD);

Experience with Service Mesh technologies (e.g., Istio);

Experience managing service catalogs (Templates, Helm Charts);

Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana);

Experience with logging and analysis tools (Elasticsearch);

Ability to work with infrastructure providers;

Experience deploying and managing applications such as Kafka, WSO2, and Camunda;

- Fluent in Portguese.
