What You'll do:
- Acompanhamento da implementação do fórum de excelência operacional e interação com stakeholders;
- Mapeamento do processo as-is e to-be do modelo operativo e jornadas de cliente B2B (segmentos de GE e Corporate);
- Desenvolvimento de modelo de acompanhamento de métricas do modelo operativo (segmentos GE e Corporate);
- Preparação de documentação de suporte à atividade;
- Atividades ad-hoc resultantes da operação da área;
- Modelo de trabalho hibrido;
Who You Are:
- Experiência de 2+ anos a trabalhar em desenho de processos, melhoria contínua, PMO;
- Boas competências de comunicação, capacidade de apresentar ideias e soluções de forma lógica e articulada;
- EXCEL Avançado;
- Conhecimento de sistemas de gestão e monitorização de projetos, como Jira ou ITSM;
