Backend Developer (.NET)

What You'll do:

- Develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies;

- Design and implement object-oriented solutions;

- Develop multi-threaded applications;

- Perform advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution;

- Work with SQL Server databases, including CRUD operations, data modeling, transaction management, and performance tuning;

- Contribute to Continuous Delivery and quality-driven development practices;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment;

- Ensure code quality through TDD/BDD methodologies;

- Contribute to innovation initiatives, including AI-related developments when applicable;

- Hybrid Work Model.

Who You Are:

- Strong experience in .NET development (mandatory);

- Proven experience with SQL Server (mandatory);

- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.VB;

- Experience with multi-threaded development;

- Knowledge of .NET/COM interoperability;

- Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles;

- Knowledge of TDD/BDD practices;

- Familiarity with Continuous Delivery concepts;

- Some experience or exposure to Artificial Intelligence (nice to have);

- Strong autonomy and sense of responsibility;

- Collaborative mindset and continuous improvement attitude.
