What You'll do:

- Provide technical leadership and set the engineering direction, ensuring adherence to best practices;

- Guide and mentor the engineering team, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement;

- Architect, design, and develop scalable and efficient MarTech solutions;

- Lead the technical implementation of projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with requirements;

- Collaborate closely with product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives;

- Identify and resolve technical challenges, providing hands-on support to ensure smooth project delivery;

- Ensure integration between MarTech platforms, digital channels, and web ecosystems;

- Hybrid Work Model.

Who You Are:

- 10–12 years of overall professional experience in technology roles;

- Strong expertise in MarTech platforms, integrations, digital, and web technologies;

- Proven experience in solution architecture and scalable system design;

- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities;

- Experience working in cross-functional environments with business and marketing stakeholders;

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical challenges;

- Hands-on technical background with the ability to support implementation when required;

- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
