What You'll do:

- Lead and manage a Global Transformation Program involving the merger of companies and the associated data migration activities, particularly within Salesforce and ServiceNow environments;

- Ensure successful execution of the program with a high level of autonomy and decision-making;

- Coordinate stakeholders and project teams across multiple business units and geographies;

- Guarantee alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and timelines;

- Report on program status, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders;

- Hybrid Work Model;

What You Are:

- Proven experience as a Senior Project or Program Manager, particularly in large-scale transformation and data migration projects;

- Solid background in managing complex programs involving system integrations and company mergers;

- Previous experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow data migration is highly valued;

- Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently with minimal supervision;

- Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory;

- Knowledge of French is a plus;
