What You'll do:

- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain backend solutions and web-based tools using modern cloud infrastructure;

- Build and maintain features for tour and route planning using agile methodologies;

- Create products, prototypes, and MVPs;

- Work with cloud-native microservices using containers, serverless functions, RESTful APIs, and event streaming;

- Take end-to-end responsibility for your products, including hardware validation with embedded systems;

- Support your team and cross-functional teams on backend and tool development topics;

- Act as a bridge between engineering, IT, and end-users, solving problems proactively;

- Embrace continuous learning, adopting new technologies and pragmatic problem-solving;

What You Are:

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience;

- 5+ years of professional experience in software development;

- Proven expertise in designing and delivering complex software solutions in international environments;

- Strong experience with Java/Kotlin, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, MQTT, Kinesis, SQS);

- Hands-on with Spring Boot and ideally Protobuf;

- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases;

- Strong grasp of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and design patterns;

- Fluent in English (written and spoken);

- Mindset aligned with Agile and DevOps principles;

- Experienced in CI/CD, microservice architectures, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS);

- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, monitoring/alerting, and Python for prototyping is a plus.
