What You'll do:

- You will create, test, deploy and run (DevOps) customer-facing solutions and internal services running on modern cloud infrastructure;

- You will develop and maintain functionality using agile methodologies, being responsible for integral parts of our technical roadmap;

- You will create products, prototypes and MVPs for near-vehicle services;

- You will design, develop and operate cloud native microservices using serverless functions, containers, RESTful APIs and event streaming;

- Be able to take end to end responsibility for the products you build, working closely with other departments to test your software as part of the complete system;

- Advise your team and other teams on all questions around Backend development and work together on continuously improving the service, tooling and processes;

- Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks, being the interface between design, technology and user;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the field, with a relevant academic background or equivalent professional expertise;

- Methodologies: Agile and DevOps mindset; experience with the SAFe framework is a plus;

- Development: Strong backend experience with Java (Spring Boot) or Kotlin, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, etc.);

- Best Practices: Solid understanding of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and common design patterns, with a focus on quality and maintainability;

- DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with CI/CD, microservices (building and using), and cloud integration (preferably AWS), including Infrastructure-as-Code, PaaS, monitoring, and alerting;

- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Confluence. Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases;

- Nice to Have: Knowledge of Python (preferably Flask) for rapid prototyping and tooling;

- Soft Skills: Strong English communication skills, proactive, self-organized, curious, and motivated by continuous learning and problem-solving.
