What You'll do:

- Act as the group-level interface to key international solution partners, identifying collaboration opportunities and building relationships;

- Establish, enhance, and maintain technical integrations with relevant international partners;

- Advise GLS national companies on creating and developing local partner management strategies;

- Monitor trends and developments in the partner ecosystem, providing transparency to support management decisions and investment prioritization;

- Represent the interests of solution partners within the organization;

- Collaborate closely with various business and IT functions at the Group level.

What You Are:

- Academic background in (Business) Informatics, (Business) Engineering, or Business Administration;

- +8 years of professional experience with a proven track record in partner solutions, ideally within a logistics company or solution provider;

- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience engaging with Senior Management stakeholders;

- Strong practical understanding of logistics-related business and IT processes;

- Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities;

- International work experience;

- Outstanding communication skills in English, German is considered a plus.
