What You'll do:

- Design and develop Appian applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability;

- Define and implement BPM architectures based on project requirements;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements;

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies;

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members;

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, both verbally and in writing;

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and propose innovative solutions;

- Ensure best practices are followed in coding standards, testing, and deployment;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Appian projects or BPM technologies;

- Strong experience in Appian architecture design and application development;

- Appian certification is a plus;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Team-oriented with a positive attitude;

- Critical thinking and the ability to clearly express and defend opinions;

- Proficiency in English (spoken and written);

- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies;

- Strong interpersonal skills and a high sense of responsibility;

- Behavioral traits: team spirit, flexibility, innovation mindset, openness, and accountability.
