What You'll do:

- Design and develop Appian-based applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices;

- Participate in BPM (Business Process Management) projects, contributing to architecture design and solution implementation;

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and model business processes, translating them into scalable Appian solutions;

- Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle, as appropriate to each project;

- Participate in team discussions and provide constructive technical input, supporting the decision-making process;

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Appian applications, contributing to continuous improvement;

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in BPM projects;

- At least 1 year of proven experience in Appian platform development;

- Experience in Appian architecture design and application development;

- Appian certification is a plus;

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies;

- Working knowledge of English (written and spoken).
