Were looking for an International Business Manager to lead commercial growth in Europe/UK, joining a team that believes in trust, excellence and building strong, long-lasting relationships.

What youll do:

• Manage and develop relationships with international clients in tech and innovation sectors;
• Identify business opportunities and oversee the full sales cycle in your assigned markets;
• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure tailored and effective solutions;
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders, negotiate proposals and monitor ongoing projects;
• Represent syffer at relevant international events and initiatives;
• Promote syffers brand and values across Benelux, Spain or UK.

Who you are:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales or account management (preferably in tech consultancy or outsourcing);
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals and build lasting client relationships across cultures;
• Strategic mindset, results-driven, with strong communication and emotional intelligence;
• Knowledge of Benelux, Spanish or UK markets (a strong plus);
• Fluent in English (other languages such as Spanish, Dutch or French are a plus);
• Living in Portugal and available to travel regularly across Europe.
