What You'll do:

- Define technical solutions proactively, in collaboration with technical teams (architecture, cybersecurity, integration, etc.);

- Collaborate in designing functional diagrams to support decision-making and serve as the foundation for technical solutions;

- Oversee development activities, quality deployments, and coordination of integrated testing;

- Coordinate UATs (User Acceptance Tests) with business teams before production deployment for projects and developments;

- Prepare information for analysis teams;

- Request effort and cost estimates from technical teams;

- Act as an escalation point for operational incidents related to platforms in this area;

- Manage incident priorities based on criticality and the number of affected users;

- Continuously monitor the progress of incident resolution;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in specifying, implementing, and overseeing digital solutions;

- Experience in analysis, troubleshooting, and incident management;

- At least 2 years of experience with technologies such as Flutter and MERN (mandatory); SQL and Java (optional);

- Ability to analyze documentation and system architecture;

- Knowledge and analytical capability of the digital ecosystem and its various components (Middleware Systems, CRM, Billing, Apps, Portals, etc.);

- Proficiency in Portuguese and English;

- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus;

- Proactivity, analytical skills, and autonomy.
