What You'll do:

- Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with functional teams;

- Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications;

- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives;

- Validate solutions with stakeholders and support functional testing activities

- Monitor and optimize the teams workflow and delivery pipeline;

- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to support decision-making;

What You Are:

- +2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst;

- Strong communication and teamwork skills;

- Empathy and active listening to accurately understand business needs;

- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;

- Proactive, results-oriented, and organized;

- Commitment to rigorous documentation and tracking of project deliverables.
