What You'll do:

- Define and evolve SAP standards, guidelines, and best practices (Clean Core, extensibility, DevSecOps, security, and compliance);

- Implement and operationalize the governance model for RISE with SAP;

- Promote SAP frameworks and methodologies such as SAP Activate, Best Practices, and Reference Architectures;

- Collaborate with business areas to define SAP solutions aligned with value, cost, and technical sustainability;

- Support the definition of solution architectures and system integrations;

- Accelerate SAP transformation initiatives (S/4HANA, RISE, application modernization, SAP BTP);

- Evaluate and promote innovation within the SAP ecosystem (SAP Business AI, Joule, side-by-side scenarios);

- Support SAP license management and optimization;

- Manage the strategic relationship with SAP and implementation partners;

- Act as a technical reference within the SAP ecosystem;

- Hybrid Work Model.

Who You Are:

- Relevant experience in complex and large-scale SAP environments;

- Proven experience in SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA, RISE, modernization initiatives);

- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, governance, and best practices;

- Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in enterprise environments;

- Fluent English;

- SAP certifications (S/4HANA, BTP, Architecture, Activate) are valued;

- Experience in large organizations or multinational environments is valued;

- Experience in SAP Competence Centers or governance roles is valued;

- Experience with technical guidelines such as code reviews, reference architectures, and development blueprints is valued.
