What You'll do:
- Develop and maintain applications using RPG and Java technologies;
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
- Ensure system stability, performance, and reliability;
- Perform maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing initiatives;
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing;
- Support continuous improvement of existing systems and development practices;
- Hybrid Work Model.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of professional experience as an RPG and Java Developer;
- Strong expertise in RPG and Java development environments;
- Solid understanding of application lifecycle management;
- Experience maintaining and evolving legacy and/or enterprise systems;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- High level of autonomy and responsibility;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in team environments.
