What You'll do:
- Modeling and transforming data into clean, consistent, and reusable analytical datasets.
- Developing and maintaining ELT/ETL pipelines and automated data quality checks.
- Supporting the creation and optimization of semantic models and reporting layers.
- Documenting business rules, data transformations, and lineage to ensure transparency and maintainability.
- Monitoring data quality, performance, and reliability across analytics platforms.
- Collaborating with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, BI teams, and Product Owners to deliver business-focused solutions.
- Supporting analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives through reliable and well-governed data assets.
- Contributing to continuous improvements in data architecture, governance, testing, and delivery processes.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience working in analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering environments.
- Experience designing and maintaining analytical data models and transformation pipelines.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling principles, including dimensional modeling and star schemas.
- Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools such as Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks.
- Knowledge of Python, PySpark, or Spark SQL for data transformation and processing.
- Understanding of data quality, testing, governance, and monitoring concepts.
- Experience working with Power BI semantic models and analytical reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Delta Lake, ADLS, or Amazon Redshift.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
