What You'll do:

- Develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies;

- Design and implement object-oriented solutions;

- Develop multi-threaded applications;

- Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve technical issues;

- Work with SQL Server databases, including CRUD operations, data modeling, transactions, and performance tuning;

- Apply testing practices using TDD/BDD methodologies;

- Contribute to Continuous Delivery and deployment processes;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery;

- Support or contribute to OutSystems-related initiatives when applicable;

- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation, including AI-related use cases;

- Hybrid Work Model.

Who You Are:

- Strong experience in .NET development (mandatory);

- Proven experience with SQL Server (mandatory);

- Knowledge of OutSystems or willingness to learn (mandatory);

- Some experience or exposure to Artificial Intelligence (nice to have);

- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.VB;

- Experience with multi-threaded development;

- Knowledge of .NET/COM interoperability;

- Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles;

- Strong knowledge of SQL (CRUD, data models, transactions, tuning);

- Knowledge of TDD/BDD practices;

- Familiarity with Continuous Delivery concepts;

- Strong autonomy and sense of responsibility;

- Collaborative mindset and continuous improvement attitude;

- Proactive profile;

- Fluent in Portuguese.
