What You'll do:
- Coordinate, control, and ensure the quality of release and deployment processes for Microsoft Dynamics 365;
- Ensure compliance with technical governance standards and ALM best practices across all releases;
- Act as a central point of coordination between development, architecture, and support teams;
- Manage and minimize risks and production impacts related to platform releases;
- Oversee multi-environment deployments (sandbox, staging, production);
- Ensure consistency, stability, and reliability of Dynamics 365 environments;
- Continuously improve release, deployment, and governance processes;
- Hybrid Work Model.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ALM;
- Strong knowledge of solution management (managed and unmanaged), segmentation, and conflict resolution;
- Ability to analyze dependencies, metadata, and version impacts;
- Experience managing multi-environment deployments (sandbox, staging, production);
- Knowledge of Git practices (GitFlow, branching strategies, pull requests, and merges) is a plus;
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus;
- Strong organizational, planning, and attention-to-detail skills;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and support teams;
- Proactive mindset focused on problem identification and process improvement;
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work under pressure;
- Strong orientation toward quality, technical rigor, and delivery consistency.
