What You'll do:

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team;

- Design and oversee the development of scalable web applications using .NET and modern front-end technologies;

- Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines;

- Lead the design and implementation of REST APIs and application architecture;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery;

- Support CI/CD processes and source control strategies using GitHub and GitFlow;

- Ensure compliance with web security standards and vulnerability mitigation practices;

- Monitor and improve web performance, including Core Web Vitals and technical SEO considerations;

- Oversee integration with analytics, tag management, and consent management tools;

- Hybrid Work Model.

Who You Are:

- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer;

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in application development using the .NET framework;

- Strong knowledge of .NET / .NET Core and REST API development;

- Strong front-end expertise with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and HTML;

- Experience with GitHub, GitFlow, and CI/CD pipelines;

- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (preferred);

- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM);

- Understanding of web security policies and standards such as CSP and OWASP;

- Experience with vulnerability mitigation practices;

- Knowledge of technical SEO principles;

- Experience with cookie management, tag managers, and consent management platforms (CMP);

- Experience optimizing web performance, including Core Web Vitals;

- Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Azure.
