Energy Systems Engineer (Protection and Automation)

What You'll do:

- Design and configure protection, control, and substation automation systems;

- Translate client requirements into technical solutions and system architectures;

- Configure IEDs, RTUs, SCADA systems, and communication networks;

- Execute FAT, SAT, commissioning, and testing activities;

- Analyse faults, disturbance records, and protection system performance;

- Produce technical documentation and engineering deliverables;

- Support project execution, client coordination, and technical discussions;

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to innovation initiatives;

- Hybrid work model.

Who You Are:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering;

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in substation automation, protection, control systems, or commissioning;

- Proven experience in system design, configuration, FAT/SAT, and commissioning;

- Experience with protection relays and IEDs (Siemens, ABB, SEL, GE, Schneider, EFACEC, etc.);

- Knowledge of RTU/BCU, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols (IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3, Modbus);

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams;

- Fluent in English.
