What You'll do:

- Support the evolution of Mainframe ALM systems within the Software Architecture workstream;

- Develop and maintain batch and online applications in COBOL;

- Write, analyze, and debug JCL jobs, procedures (procs), and steps;

- Develop REXX scripts and utilities to automate operational tasks;

- Use ISPF for file management, editing, and navigation in TSO environments;

- Manage and monitor batch schedules using Control-M, optimizing job flows;

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery;

- Identify and automate repetitive tasks, contributing to modernization efforts;

- Hybrid Work Model.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mainframe environments;

- Proven expertise in COBOL, JCL, ISPF, REXX, and Control-M (REXX experience is mandatory);

- Knowledge of VSAM, DB2, and CICS (optional);

- Understanding of Mainframe DevOps tools (GoCD, Nexus, JFrog, Git for Mainframe) is a plus;

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and attention-to-detail skills;

- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities;

- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (preferred).
