What You'll do:

- Design and implement global template processes by developing solution concepts and process designs based on defined business requirements;

- Redesign existing processes through customization, define development specifications, and execute testing activities;

- Address specific business requirements as agreed with stakeholders;

- Participate in global roll-out implementations across all phases: Local Business Blueprint, Realisation, Integration Test, and Go-Live Support;

- Lead CRM template implementations when required, managing parallel roll-outs;

- Debug solutions and perform root cause analysis for issues and errors in new developments;

- Provide training and maintenance support during implementations and to regional competence centers;

- Oversee system maintenance activities and release upgrades;

- Deliver 3rd level support to regional competence centers, including core system enhancements, helpdesk handling, and escalation support for 2nd level support;

- Maintain and update documentation, including customizing, template processes, and development specifications;

- Full Remote; 

Who You Are:

- University degree and/or degree in Computer Science, ideally combining business and technical education;

- Excellent knowledge of the SAP CRM module with proven experience in integrated SAP CRM implementations;

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Delivery Management;

- International experience in IT projects within a matrix organization;

- Native or fluent English proficiency (additional languages are a plus);

- Strong communication and presentation skills;

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset;

- Team player with solid project management experience;

- Deep understanding of the Customer Model in ERP and the Business Partner concept in CRM/ERP/S4 HANA;

- Proficiency in SXMB_MONI (message processing flow, proxies, error handling);

- Experience with Queue Management (SMQ1, SMQ2) and BDOC error handling (IDOC error handling is a plus);

- Knowledge of ABAP (Function modules, Programs, Dictionary, Transport management);

- Familiarity with Marketing attributes, marketing expert tools, and ELM;

- Experience with MASS updates and understanding of performance preferences;

- Understanding of webUI concepts (webUI development skills are a plus);
