What You'll do:

- Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Scrum methodology;

- Coordinate and support the development of ETL processes, preferably using ODI (Oracle Data Integrator);

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality data solutions, applying best practices in SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling;

- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity;

- Promote continuous delivery, TDD/BDD practices, and agile values within the team;

- Manage team expectations and client relationships, ensuring alignment with goals and priorities;

- Foster a collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented team environment;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally with Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification;

- Advanced knowledge of relational databases (Oracle 12c or higher);

- Expertise in SQL (CRUD, data modeling, transaction management, tuning);

- Strong command of PL/SQL and multidimensional modeling concepts;

- Experience developing ETL processes, preferably using ODI;

- Solid understanding of Continuous Delivery, TDD/BDD, and Agile frameworks;

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills;

- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and ability to adapt to change.
