What You'll do:
- Management of the Service;
- Planning of resources for and scheduling of Contractor's activities;
- Drafting regular status reports about KPIs/SLA fulfilment;
- Propose, discuss and implement measures for Contractor's optimization;
- Coordination and resolution of escalations and critical issues;
- Optimisation of resources;
- Planning of activities, such as deployments, tests, etc
- Hybrid work model;
Who You Are:
- Be from Braga and attend to the office on Mondays and Tuesdays, at least;
- Experience with delivery a medium/large team (15+) using Agile methodologies;
- Knowledge and experience of Service Delivery in Cloud (AWS) very nice to have;
- Fluent in portuguese and english;
