Senior HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist

What You'll do:

- Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation solutions using HubSpot;

- Create and manage workflows, lead scoring models, and audience segmentation strategies;

- Integrate HubSpot with other marketing and business platforms;

- Analyze campaign and customer data to provide actionable insights and reporting;

- Support inbound marketing strategies through automation best practices;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation initiatives with business goals;

- Provide strategic recommendations to improve customer engagement and lead conversion;

- Ensure scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of automation processes;

- OnSite.

Who You Are:

- 5+ years of experience in similar roles, with senior-level expertise;

- Strong proficiency in HubSpot marketing automation tools;

- Experience creating workflows, lead scoring models, segmentation strategies, and integrations with external platforms;

- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting;

- Understanding of inbound marketing strategies;

- HubSpot certifications in automation (preferred);

- Previous experience in similar projects;

- Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and strategic mindset;

- Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments;

- Fluency in English and Portuguese;

- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (preferred).
