What You'll do:

- Squad Orchestration: Oversee and coordinate 8–9 squads distributed across India, the UK, and the US;

- Strategic Leverage: Act as the primary right-hand to the Head of the Price & Promotion vertical, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business goals;

- Global Coordination: Manage dependencies, timelines, and technical roadmaps across multiple time zones;

- Program Governance: Drive cross-functional communication and ensure high-quality delivery within a fast-paced environment;

- Full remote; 

Who You Are:

- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager managing large-scale, multi-squad environments;

- Strong ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and global delivery models;

- Highly organized with a proactive mindset to identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact the roadmap;

- Excellent communication skills in English to interface with leadership and technical teams worldwide;

- Fluent in english;
