What You'll do:

- Deliver technical and role-based training (operational & managerial) to adult learners;

- Design and deliver training aligned with NATO standards and policies;

- Develop, adapt, and maintain learning materials and course content;

- Continuously improve training delivery methods and subject matter expertise;

- Deliver training to both technical specialists and non-technical audiences;

- Support performance improvement through effective learning solutions;

- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and blended learning approaches;

- Contribute to ongoing training evaluation and improvement;

- Translate complex technical topics into clear training content;

- Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences;

- Strong communication and presentation skills;

- On-site job;

Who You Are:

- Technical or engineering background (preferably in communications or related field);

- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering training on highly technical subjects;

- Proven experience training technical specialists and non-technical audiences;

- Hands-on experience with SATCOM systems operation, testing, and maintenance;

- Experience with adult learning methodologies; Online and blended learning environments; Learning Management Systems (LMS);

- In-depth knowledge of Satellite Communications (SATCOM), including: 

Antenna subsystems (radomes, reflectors, tracking systems, etc.), Transmission & receiving chains (LNA, HPA, converters, etc.), Baseband systems and modems (routing, switching, modulation), Testing & maintenance tools; (spectrum analysers, power meters, etc.);

- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and test procedures;

- Fluent in english;
