What You'll do:
- Analyze and design test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements;
- Prepare and manage test data;
- Execute manual tests, including regression testing;
- Create, maintain, and execute automated tests;
- Log, analyze, and track defects;
- Report on testing progress;
- Collaborate with the team/domain (developers, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Tech Lead) in defining, reviewing, and validating tests and evidence;
- Promote QA best practices within the team/domain;
- Hybrid Work Model.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
- 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles;
- Strong knowledge of requirements analysis and effort estimation;
- Experience in designing and executing manual tests;
- Experience in defect management;
- Ability to identify, prepare, and manage test data;
- Solid experience in test automation (Playwright);
- Experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development);
- Ability to design and maintain automated tests;
- Experience with Confluence and Jira/Xray;
- Knowledge of Agile testing methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban);
- ISTQB Foundation certification;
- Knowledge of testing best practices;
- Ability to work autonomously; proactive mindset, critical thinking, and quality-oriented approach;
- Strong communication skills with different stakeholders (Business Analysts, Application Managers, Developers, etc.);
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team;
- Experience preparing test data and validating results using databases, APIs, or other programmatic methods (not limited to UI validation);
- Experience with CI/CD integration;
- Experience with low-code technologies (e.g., Appian, BluePrism, Microsoft Power Platform – PowerApps, Power Automate);
- Experience with exploratory testing and other types of testing (e.g., Performance, Accessibility);
- Ability to define testing strategies and approaches;
- Experience in projects within the banking sector (preferred);
- Fluent in portuguese.
