What You'll do:

- Develop and maintain applications using COBOL in batch and online (CICS) environments;

- Work with DB2 databases for data processing and management;

- Manage and process VSAM files (ESDS, KSDS);

- Develop and maintain JCL scripts for batch job execution;

- Perform analysis, execution, and validation of tests using debugging tools;

- Apply transaction management principles (Commit, Rollback, Savepoint);

- Use utilities such as IDCAMS, ICEGENER, ICETOOLS, and DFSORT (Join Keys) for data processing;

- Work within TSO/ISPF and EOS environments;

- Provide support for night batch processing and weekend operations when required;

- Hybrid Work Model.

Who You Are:

- Advanced knowledge of DB2;

- Strong experience with COBOL programming (Batch and Online – CICS);

- Experience working with VSAM files (ESDS, KSDS);

- Solid knowledge of JCL;

- Experience using debugging tools for testing and troubleshooting;

- Understanding of transaction management principles (Commit, Rollback, Savepoint);

- Familiarity with TSO/ISPF and EOS environments;

- Availability for night batch and weekend support when required;

- Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly adapt to new environments;

- Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented mindset;

- Responsibility in meeting deadlines.
