Position Overview
A leading healthcare organization in Jeddah is seeking a highly qualified Consultant Urologist with subspecialty expertise in Andrology and Male Infertility to join its growing multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive diagnostic, medical, and surgical management of male reproductive health conditions, infertility, sexual dysfunction, and complex andrology cases while contributing to the continued growth of specialized men's health and fertility services.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage male infertility and reproductive health disorders.
- Diagnose and treat erectile dysfunction, ejaculatory disorders, hypogonadism, and other sexual health conditions.
- Perform advanced andrological procedures including:
- Micro-TESE
- TESE
- Varicocelectomy
- Vasectomy and Vasectomy Reversal
- Penile Prosthesis Implantation
- Sperm Retrieval Procedures
- Collaborate closely with IVF and reproductive medicine specialists.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for infertility patients.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with hospital quality standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, quality initiatives, and continuing medical education activities.
Mandatory Requirements
- Medical Degree (MBBS / MD or equivalent).
- Recognized Board Certification in Urology.
- Fellowship Training or demonstrated subspecialty expertise in Andrology and Male Infertility.
- Active SCFHS Consultant Classification and Registration.
- Arabic Speaker (Mandatory).
- Available for Full-Time Employment.
- Proven experience in male infertility management and andrological surgery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Saudi Board, Arab Board, UK CCT, European Board, German Facharzt, French DES, Canadian Fellowship, Australian Fellowship, or American Board Certification.
- Experience within fertility centers or IVF programs.
- Expertise in microsurgical male infertility procedures.
- Strong surgical logbook demonstrating independent andrology practice.
