Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Salary: Up to £45,000 

Shift Pattern: 3-shift rotation

We are seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased) to join our fast-paced distribution/warehouse operation based in Burton Upon Trent.

You will be responsible for ensuring all machinery and sortation equipment is maintained to minimise downtime and support smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems

· Organise and complete equipment servicing and repairs efficiently and safely

· Monitor workflow, resolve faults quickly, and escalate issues when required

· Liaise with operations teams to maintain high service levels

· Adhere to health and safety regulations and complete all required documentation

Requirements:

· Recognised qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds or equivalent)

· Electrical bias with solid mechanical knowledge

· Experience with PLC-controlled systems and ability to read schematics

· Knowledge of 16th/17th Edition wiring regulations

· Flexible with shift patterns and strong attention to safety

· Full UK driving licence
