Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Sales Representative to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Key Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for our company.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the IT industry

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base

- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends 

- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Familiarity with routing  software and sales techniques

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
